Timing of the events for the weekend are as follows:

·         Pre Race Scrutineering and collection of Race Packages Friday 28^th August 10am-5pm                                                                                                            Governor Phillip Park Windsor  Scruitineering is only for those boats who have not received their 2009/10 Log Book

·         If you have your log book you will need to present this to pick up your Race Packages. These packages will contain team passes, trailer passes and Briefing sheets. At this time you will also be asked to complete any information that was not on your entry form

·         Show and Shine 3pmto 7pm Friday 28^th August at The Ettamogah Pub Windsor Rd Kellyville.

·         Saturday  29^th August Briefing  for Windsor to Sackville and Return races at Windsor, Compulsory Breath Testing begins at 6:45am for a 7am briefing.

·         Saturday 29^th August Briefing for Sackville to Windsor Races at Sackville Gardens Compulsory Breath Testing begins at 9:15am for a 9:30am briefing.

·         Saturday 29^th August Briefing for Sackville Sprint Shootout and Ski Racing NSW Invitational Sprint 11:30am at Sackville Ski Gardens

·         Sackville Sprint Shootout start time Saturday 29^th August at 1pm. Ski Racing NSW Invitational Sprint to follow the Shootout

·         Come and Try Briefing 1:45pm at Sackville

·         Sunday 30^th August Briefing for Main Event at Windsor Compulsory Breath Testing begins at 6:15am for a 6:45am briefing.

·         Sunday Race Windsor to Wisemans Ferry start time 9am

·         Sunday restart Wisemans Ferry to Windsor proposed start time 12.00pm

·         Presentation for both days at Governor Phillip Park, Windsor, Sunday 30^th August following the race
