Dear Valued Members of SRA,
As this COVID pandemic has affected many businesses, sports, associations and most importantly families and individuals the board of Ski Racing Australia have added another option to your membership payment structure for those who may be experiencing financial constraints.
Firstly, as previously communicated, SRA remains committed to being back on the water and racing as soon as possible and that has not changed. Although the situation has changed in Victoria, the season is still scheduled to kick off with NSW in August, albeit with a slight delay of two weeks to August 30. Like all sports, we must remain fluid and be able to adopt changes on the run and at this stage, Victoria is still planning to begin in early September, naturally subject to government health protocols.
You would have received your membership renewal forms with your membership fees and terms. Whilst nothing changes there, if you have or are experiencing financial hardship you have the option to pay 50% prior to August 28 with the balance due prior to January 29. Additionally, the monthly payment plan as per previous seasons is also still an option.
Our Membership Manager, Sue Harris is taking a well-earned break as of Monday July 27 and returning on Monday August 10, so if you have any membership related queries during this time, please send an email to memberships@skiracing.com.au as the SRA phone will be unattended. We will endeavour to respond to your emails as quickly as possible.
Finally, both myself and the Board of SRA remain as committed as ever to get the sport back on the water as quickly and safely as possible and we trust that you are able to also support the Ultimate Lifestyle sport by getting your memberships in and joining us at your first event in the imminent future!
